Most orders take 8-14 business days or less inhouse plus shipping
time - 1 to 5 business days, depending on location and shipping

DESIGNING YOUR ART - BLEED

For All Items EXCEPT Screen Printed Apparel:
All art should have a minimum
of 1/4” (0.25) Bleed or “Safe Area”
around the image for cutting
purposes. This way, if the material shifts slightly
during cutting, your art will not be affected.
It's always best to keep your art safely inside the edges:

IMAGE SIZE / QUALITY

Color Type - Although we do use a CMYK process printer, files
designed in RGB color always do print a bit brighter and more
vibrant. NOTE: We will NEVER match exactly what you see on your
screen as you’re designing. Colors always shift and no ones monitors
are calibrated the same. Always keep that in mind!

All art should be designed to 300 dpi at the actual size you want
it printed. If your sticker is 2” x 8”, design it that size -
With Bleed! If you want your shirt print 12” x 18” - Design it
that size! Sometimes this creates a file much too large to email
- In this case we suggest using a service like SendSpace.com, Google Drive or DropBox -
Or try saving your file as a TIFF with LZW Compression.

When sending files created in Vector based software like Adobe Illustrator
make sure you convert all text to Outlines.
- We do not have everyone’s fonts, so this makes the process much
easier!


DISCLAIMER

We ARE NOT responsible for the art you send us. Our print quality
directly correlates with the quality of the file you provide.
Simply put - if you send us crappy art, you’re going to get a
crappy printed product. Please follow the Art Specs above.

Art MUST be received within 60 days of payment -
Otherwise we consider it "abandoned" and you forfeit your
opportunity for a refund, unless otherwise specified or
previously discussed. No exceptions.

Ace High Printing is NOT responsible for what you do with your
printed products. We encourage you not to litter or deface property
with our products - Once the materials leave our shop, we are
no longer liable for where they end up.
